Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hungarian + English)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m.

• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.

Salary:

• 3600 BGN Gross

Documents Accepted:

• Valid Residency Card (must be valid for more than 1 year)

• EU Citizenship or Refugee Card

• Work permit & Blue Card are not accepted.

Relocation Benefits:

• Travel Expense Reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months, provided the employee has no pre-notice (e-ticket and invoice required).

• Salary Advance: 1056 BGN net, available upon employee's request (transferred within 5 working days).

• Contract Termination Clause: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months, any outstanding net amount from the advance salary will be deducted from the last salary, and no travel expenses will be reimbursed.

• Hotel Stay Booking: Concentrix Services Bulgaria will book the hotel from the employees arrival date. If the employee does not stay and fails to inform the hotel by 12:00 noon, they must cover the cost of the night. Notification must be made by phone.

Additional Benefits:

• Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net, added to the base salary.

• Additional payments for night hours worked (if applicable).

• Special bonuses for important life events (e.g., marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) 500 BGN.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).

• Valid residency card or EU citizenship/refugee card.

• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, with flexible working hours that may include weekends and night shifts.
