Job Purpose
The Order Manager is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast. This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW-level service through ICE.
**This role requires working on-site in our office
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, timelines, and expectations.
Drive order approvals and production in a timely manner.
Complete quality checks on high-value orders (over $750).
Partner with internal teams to ensure order accuracy.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ICE standards.
Answer and document customer calls promptly and accurately.
1–2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
