Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will ensure seamless customer experience by navigating internal company services, resolving inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and with ability to work independently and efficiently in an industrial-type environment! 



Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email,
    and live chat

  • Understand and effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and policies to
    customers

  • Navigate internal teams and resources to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer
    issues

  • Advocate for customers by identifying their needs and ensuring these are met through
    appropriate company channels

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and
    resolutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall
    customer satisfaction

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction

  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and technicians

  • Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Proficiency in computer software systems and CRM

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating positive customer outcomes

  • Reliable, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
