Location: Fort Worth, TX      (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)


Working Hours: Monday to Friday


Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year


Description


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.


Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers by providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and issue resolution.

  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
