Part of that 125+ year success is our ability to provide quality building materials to the Greater Dubuque community.  In order to continue offering great products and services to the area, Top Block, now doing business as RiverStone Group, Inc., is hiring a Customer Service Specialist at our Building Materials location in East Dubuque, IL. This position will provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to business and residential customers alike. What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in person, by phone, and via email.


• Accurately process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges.


• Communicate proactively with customers and vendors via email to ensure seamless project coordination and follow-ups.


• Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom that showcases our product offerings.


• Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.


• Organize daily cash flow records and process invoices efficiently


• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist the team and business operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).


• Strong math and organizational skills to process orders efficiently.


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Great attendance and a positive attitude!

What You'll Get:

• Starting wage of $18-23 per hour (The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience)
