Valgroup is hiring a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST in Findlay, Ohio.

What you will do:

Lead and manage projects in cross-functional teams

Process customer orders

Learn manufacturing production cycle, customers, products, and services

Use pricing structures

Manage phone call and email communications

Skills needed for success:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail, solution-focus and critical thinking

Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel

2-year degree preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service

The preferred candidate will also have experience in SAP
