The main function of a call center/Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Position is 6 to 8 months, 100% Remote and could be Temp To Hire for the right person. Qualifications:

Must have solid critical and logical thinking skills

Ability to investigate different issues

Extremely organized

Ability to multitask

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required

salary: $18 - $21.05 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Investigating different issues as they come in, will need to be able to connect information with data

Fielding incoming calls form sites and doctors where clinical trials are taking place

Looking out for alerts and contacting sites and drs with any unusual tests

Query resolutions that were submitted with patient samples

Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
