As aCustomer Service Specialist, you will bring at least 2 years of experience with your ACTIVE Series 7 license. Series 7 is required!

salary: $32 - $34 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, job duties include:

Participate in moderately complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support.

Work with Customers to address Brokerage Complaints.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer support functional area.

Review basic or tactical routine technical issues or challenges that require research and evaluation, applications or services, product conversions, and new product development.

Present recommendations for resolving moderate to complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of internal and external customer needs.

Skills:

At least 2+ years of experience working in Brokerage Operations with an ACTIVE Series 7. MUST BE ACTIVE (or within 2 year window so it may be re-activated quickly).

Proven experience working in a Customer Centric environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
