is looking for upbeat, compassionate individuals who possess native level fluency in both English and Spanish, are hardworking, reliable, and committed to doing their best every day! We have been around for over 17 years but still have the family-business feel! There is MUCH opportunity for growth and development. Essential Responsibilities: THIS IS A FULL TIME, ONSITE POSITION. This is NOT a Remote/Hybrid position. Responds to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, & in a timely manner. Efficiently processes administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional outbound calling or data input projects. Essential Duties: · Be able to communicate professionally with both English speaking and Spanish speaking clients (Native level fluency required in
reading/writing/speaking) · Outbound/inbound calling projects · Answering incoming calls and fielding appropriately through an automatic dialer · Transfers viable leads to My Senior Health Plan Inc. sales team · Completes intake of prospect and client data through CRM (Salesforce). · Data entry of incoming leads · General data input · Respond to client emails · Customer service · Organizes, files, and faxes applications and documents · Back-up to all Administrative functions · Working closely with the Administrative Team to continue development
Requirements:
Must-haves: Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of) +3 years of
administrative/clerical
