Hometrack has spent 25+ years helping real estate agents list faster and sell smarter. We deliver professional photography, video, drone, 3D tours, floor plans, design, and print for top agents across multiple states, and we're growing.

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to be the voice of Hometrack. You'll be the first person our clients talk to, and the one who keeps their shoots, orders, and deadlines on track. This is a full-time role that includes occasional weekend coverage.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls, emails, and web inquiries with speed, professionalism, and care


• Schedule photo shoots and coordinate daily with our photographers


• Build quotes and invoices for client orders


• Use AI tools daily to draft client emails, summarize calls, and speed up routine work


• Keep projects, calendars, and deliveries running on time


• Support the team with meetings, reports, and day-to-day organization

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in customer service or administrative support


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Tech-savvy and comfortable working on macOS


• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your daily work, or genuinely eager to learn


• Curious by nature. When you hit something new, your instinct is to figure it out, not wait to be shown


• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving day


• Positive, solution-focused, and a genuine team player


• Bonus points for real estate, photography, or scheduling experience
