What we're looking for;

Customer Service Representative & Dispatch Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Service Calls & Follow Up With Customers.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Process Warranties.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Manage Dispatch department.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Call Center is very fast paced and will require you to think on your feet and multi task. We're looking for sharp, quick thinkers who thrive in high paced work environments.

There is exponential room for growth with our company as we need Office Managers, Office Assistants and Managers for multiple roles.

Hiring For Full Time & Part Time. Will need to work at least 3 days a week. We're very flexible with schedule and will work with days that you prefer.

Compensation:

• $18-23 Per Hour.
• Medical, Dental, 401K Available as well as Paid Vacation & Sick Leave.
• Overtime, Bonus Pay, Extra Weekend Pay Available.
