Position Overview
This is a full-time, long-term, in-office position (40–50 hours per week). As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of Super Service Today. You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule service, resolve issues, and ensure our clients feel supported, respected, and understood.
