Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Supervisor with multiple years of customer facing experience to join our TEAM! As a Customer Service Supervisor, you are a customer facing team member exemplifying our company standards of accuracy, courteous, and premiere concierge customer service for all internal and external customers and team members.

This position offers a competitive base hourly wage range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

The 45,000 square foot state facility is equipped with state-of-the-art wireless warehouse technology uses Epicor Prophet 21 technology and is located among the rolling hills of Lehigh Valley and hosts a wireless warehouse and design center providing quality ceramic, porcelain, stone and more to tile contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and retail consumers.

Current scheduling for this position is 5 days a week, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a one-hour unpaid lunch.

Requirements

• Multiple years of customer facing customer service experience required.
• Assist Operations Manager with scheduling to cover the operation and be able to fill in for all positions, working hours necessary to make location successful.
• Assist warehouse with issues, coverage, cycle counts, inventory adjustments.
• Learn Design Sales Consultant role to assist as needed in the showroom.
• Be proficient in all GST operating systems. 
• Develop authentic personal relationships with all team and clients.
