Job Description - Customer Service Supervisor


Our client, a well-established company, is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to join their Bethlehem, PA office. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a stable schedule, strong benefits, and an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a respected regional business.

Things to know about this role:



  • Competitive base pay + benefits


  • Monday – Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.


  • Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and support a team of Customer Service Representatives across multiple locations

  • Provide both phone and in-person support to customers booking

  • Assist with reservations, ticketing, travel insurance, refunds, scheduling, and invoicing

  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complete incident reports when needed

  • Prepare daily cash-out and operations reports

  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean workspace

  • Schedule and manage staff hours, approve time off, and verify timesheets for payroll

  • Conduct performance reviews and support training for new staff

  • Ensure all policies are followed to maintain customer satisfaction and safety


Requirements



  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

  • The ability to multitask and manage staff across locations

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (travel industry experience preferred)




Additional Requirements:



  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods


  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs


  • Able to work on-site in Bethlehem, PA
