Job Description - Customer Service Supervisor

What will you be doing:


The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for the management of staff of customer service employees as well as the day-to-day operations of the call center as a whole. The incumbent will supervise the daily performance of call center employees to ensure superior customer service standards are maintained. Manage staff to existing department performance expectations; maintain consistent lines of communication, both oral and written, with employees to understand their current performance level. You will also provide coaching and feedback in a variety of formats, including individual meetings and written performance evaluations.


What will you come with:



  • 3-4 years’ experience supervising/managing others within a call center setting

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to easily and effectively communicate with staff

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs in a working environment with intermediate to advanced skills and understanding of these programs

  • Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR

  • Bilingual Spanish required
