Job Description - Customer Service Support Agent

Vocalink Connections is seeking dependable and customer -focused Independent Contractors to support inbound customer service operations for our partner clients. Contractors will assist customers through phone, chat, and/or email channels, depending on the client program selected.

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer proficiency, including typing and navigation skills

Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a customer -focused environment

Quiet, distraction -free home office environment

High -speed internet connection (wired recommended)
Headset
Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
Windows 11
