Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media.

·       Support users with account setup, login issues, and identity verification processes.

·       Provide information and assistance regarding financial transactions and platform functionality.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.

·       Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service at all times.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases.

·       Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

·       Fluency in German (spoken and written) and a strong command of English.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

·       Interest in and general knowledge of sports is highly desirable.

·       Previous experience in a customer support or contact center environment is a plus.

·       Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications.

·       Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

·       Team-oriented attitude with a proactive and professional approach.

·       Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent education.

·       Full-time employment with flexible shifts available 24/7 (Monday to Sunday).
