Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Bensenville, IL is looking for one customer service support to join our team. We are located on 259 Star Route. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, engaged and reliable and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers professionally and empathetically to understand their needs.
2. Investigate and efficiently resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
5. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
6. Educate customers about product features, benefits, and promotions.
7. Gather and escalate valuable customer feedback to relevant departments.
8. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
9. Maintain high-quality standards in all customer interactions to achieve service level targets.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.76 - $24.80/hour.
