Customer Service/Check-In Assistant Manager

We are an online auction company that takes in thousands of items each week that need to be photographed, categorized, and given descriptions to be sold on our online auction platform.

The position will include training on being an assistant manager to handle all aspects when the operations manager is not available or out of the office. Looking for someone who is willing to handle the extra responsibilities of being a manager, as well as working in the yard picturing, organizing and preparing items for auction.

Each potential candidate must pass a background check before being hired.

This job is:

· First shift only

· Must have driver’s license and high school diploma

· Requires rotating Saturday work from 9 am- 12 pm. One day off during the week will be given.

· Hours range from 40-45 a week

· Requires lifting, moving, and placing variety of items in a proper location in the warehouse or outside in the yard

· Direct interactions with customers

· Forklift driving in all outdoor conditions

· Warehouse work

· Perfect for the individual with mechanical or industrial knowledge

· Team player who works well with others, but also independently

· Someone who is technologically proficient with iPads and website navigation

· Driving forklift experience

· Drivers license

· High school Diploma

· Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.

· Must be at least 18 years of age, able to stand for long periods at a time and have the legal right to work in the USA.

· Must be able to work in various extreme outdoor temperatures
