Customer Service/Project Sales Coordinator - Growth-Minded Organization

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the internal sales team. The result is to drive sales, streamline processes and enhance communications with sales representatives as well as customers.

Responsibilities: Include, not limited to:

· Provide general administrative support to Sales Leadership team to include:

• Scheduling meetings

· Provide support and follow up with national accounts.

· Act as liaison between Manufacturers reps and Commercial Distributors

· Manage the internal shared file directories

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel

-Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

-BA/BS degree a plus
