We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Produce company in DTLA. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the procurement team. Working closely with our buyers, you will assist in managing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
This position requires working the 3rd shift to support our customers' needs around the clock.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our procurement team to coordinate orders, pricing, and product availability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on orders.
- Work closely with buyers to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the produce industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Availability to work the 3rd shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Deep understanding of produce terminology, products, and industry standards.
- Bilingual; Spanish.
Qualifications:
