Our client is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative with 3+ years of experience in a call center environment with banking or collections.
Day to day responsibilities
• Validating a customer’s application for programs/services
• Clearing payment exceptions
• Handling various activities designed at ensuring the data within our customer service system is accurate and complete.
Required Skills
• 3 years of Customer Service Experience in banking or collections
• Good Written, Verbal and Communication Skills
• Three (3) years of experience in customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
• Experience with SAP applications
• Experience with the payment processes and/or banking knowledge.
