This isn't a typical customer service job. You're the person Moxie customers reach when they need solutions, are considering canceling, or need someone who can actually do something about it, which means this is one of the most important roles at Moxie.

What You’ll Actually Earn

Base pay is $20–$21/hour depending on experience. Commission earnings vary by individual performance and overall demand,  our team has averaged $400–$1,000+/month per rep across recent quarters, with top performers earning $1,500–$1,700/month. Most full-time Customer Solutions Specialists earn $50,000–$58,000 their first year, with strong performers earning more.
