Job Description

We are currently looking for Team Manager, you will lead a diverse, talented team responsible for developing and maintaining Ignitis self-service platform and customer-facing digital solution. Your team will include analysts, quality assurance specialists, software developers, and a delivery manager—all working together to enhance customer experience through innovation and reliability.

You will play a key role in aligning business goals with technological delivery, ensuring smooth operations, clear priorities, and efficient collaboration across departments.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team (developers, QAs, analysts, and delivery manager)
  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality self-service digital solutions that meet customer and business needs
  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners, IT leadership, and other stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap
  • Fostering an environment of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing budget, resource planning, and performance tracking for the team
  • Promoting agile working practices and cross-functional collaboration
  • Driving adoption of best practices in software development and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading software development or product delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and customer-centric solution delivery
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical literacy and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and commitment to improving digital customer experience.
