Job Description - Customer Succes Specialist - Danish and English - Relocation to Sofia

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Success Specialist who is fluent in Danish and English, with an opportunity to relocate to Bulgaria. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our Danish-speaking clients, helping them achieve their goals and get the most out of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, supporting their success and satisfaction.
  • Guide clients in navigating our services and products, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Monitor client progress and proactively engage to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
  • Document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and advocate for customer needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to deliver relevant insights to clients.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
  • Previous experience in customer success or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a strong aptitude for technology.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude geared towards achieving results.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment and culture.
