Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand—building relationships with customers, supporting account activations, and helping ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

• Greet and assist customers in retail settings, offering personalized support

• Guide customers through service options, promotions, and enrollment

• Deliver clear and professional communication to answer questions and resolve issues

• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using internal systems

• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction

• Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure retention and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

• Organized, adaptable, and ready to learn

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite in Chicago
