Monefit is a fast-growing European fintech with over 1.5M+ users and a €130M valuation. This August, we’re launching the Monefit Card in Estonia — a new credit product designed to make everyday finance simpler, clearer, and more flexible.
As we launch, we’re expanding our Customer Success team and looking for 2–3 ambitious talents to join us at an exciting stage of growth.
The role
As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for Monefit Card users in Estonia. You’ll help customers understand the product, solve issues quickly, and make sure their experience feels smooth, human, and trustworthy.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn fast, work close to a product launch, and grow into a broader role over time — potentially across product, operations, or customer experience.
What you’ll do
Support Monefit Card customers across chat, email, and other support channels
Help users understand how the card works, including payments, limits, billing, and account setup
Handle customer questions with clarity, empathy, and confidence
Spot recurring issues and share feedback with product and operations teams
Help improve internal processes, support scripts, FAQs, and customer journeys
Represent the voice of the customer during the launch of a major new fintech product
Work closely with a growing team across customer success, product, compliance and operations
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English
High energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude
A genuine interest in helping customers and creating great user experiences
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where things evolve quickly
Good judgement, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
Ambition to grow, take ownership, and build a career in a scale-up environment
