Job Description - Customer Success Director

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Director to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As the Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and drive growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

- Provide training and support to clients on our products and services.

- Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in pediatric services, is a plus.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
