This is a hybrid role working out of our Plymouth Meeting, PA office.

Hourly pay rate is set at $24 per hour.

Role overview

The Health Plan Channel at Accolade is an emerging business at Accolade. We partner with health plans to improve access to care and help people get the right care the first time. Health plans are facing increased competition to grow membership and reduce the total cost of care. They struggle to engage members in clinical programs and have outdated systems that are not integrated. We partner with Health Plans to provide embedded capabilities that drive increased member engagement in clinical programs, point solutions, and empower members with confidence in taking the next step in their care journey.

In this role you will be working closely with several leaders in our Health Plan Channel including the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Senior Director, Partnership Success and Senior Vice President of Business Development to lead the following projects:

  • Work with our Health Plan Partnership Success team to create partnership dashboard reporting and set up our stakeholder sponsorship relationship matrix for our 3 Health Plan partnerships.
  • Work with our Business Development team and Solutions design team to conduct market research and competitive analysis of SaaS companies in the digital health space (Salesforce, Zipari, Pager, Castlight, etc.)
  • Conduct market research on the tech platforms Health Plans use for CRM, clinical case management (Jiva, Salesforce Health Cloud, proprietary, etc)
  • Work with the Executive Vice President and GM to develop a Health Plan Charter and health plan road show presentation to further educate Accolade regarding the health plan channel and our support needs

A day in the life...

  • Meeting with Health Plan Channel leaders to understand the business problems we are trying to solve with the project work outlined above.
  • Work independently to perform the market research outlined above and prepare presentations to present findings
  • Meet with Partnership Success leaders and design dashboard to measure the health of our current Health Plan partnerships as measured by Annual Contract Value, depth of relationship (stakeholder mapping), year over year growth, number of customers and members served, Net Promoter Score, etc.
  • Build a roadshow presentation and help schedule roadshow meetings with all key internal stakeholder departments at Accolade.
  • Summarize findings during roadshow presentations and actions required to close gaps in knowledge or gaps that are impacting growth/retention of partners and customers

  • Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation and presentation development skills
  • Eager to learn and conduct market research.
