Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Affordable Landscaping Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time position based in Tucker, Georgia, United States.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention

- Understand the needs and goals of each client and develop strategies to help them achieve success with our services

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support the renewal process

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services

- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback and suggestions for product and process improvements

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience

- Travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed (post-pandemic)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the landscaping or home services industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention

- Experience using CRM software and customer success metrics to track and analyze customer data

- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a team

- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and events (post-pandemic)
