Job Description - Customer Success Manager

FreshlyDried is dedicated to providing high-quality, organic, and natural grocery products that nourish the body and respect the planet. Our mission is to make healthy living accessible and enjoyable for everyone, from our loyal local shoppers to our growing online community.

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our customers have the best experience possible with FreshlyDried. The ideal candidate will combine a love for healthy, organic living with excellent relationship-building skills, helping our customers get the most value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new customers, helping them navigate our product offerings and services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Gather insights from customers to inform product selection, store offerings, and future initiatives.
  • Advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their voices help shape our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles (retail or e-commerce experience a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Knowledge of organic, natural, or health-focused products preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
