Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Passion for AI, technology, or working in a startup environment
Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
AI Training and Development: Contribute to the training and improvement of our AI systems using customer interaction data and feedback
Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support, using AI tools to enhance the customer experience
Feedback Collection and Implementation: Collaborate with tech teams to refine AI functionalities based on customer feedback
Onboarding and Training: Educate customers on using our AI-driven platform effectively
Reporting and Analytics: Utilize AI tools for data analysis to drive informed decision-making
Collaboration with Teams: Partner with AI developers, sales, and marketing teams to synchronize customer success strategies with technological progress
