Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anythingfrom tasks and workflows to apps and systemswithout the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.
We are looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to join our growing Customer Success organization.

**Core Mission**
As part of our Customer Success organization, you will be guiding our customers to maximize the value of Makes technology through every step of their journey. You will have a clear understanding of your customers business objectives and ensure they achieve their business goals. You will oversee the customer journey from onboarding to expansion and guarantee the best possible experience to maximize value and establish Make as the platform of reference for AI-driven no-code automation.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Managing the customer relationship from onboarding to expansion throughout their journey
+ Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges in order to align relevant resources to help them succeed with Make
+ Identifying new business and upsell opportunities to grow the usage of Make within the customers organization
+ Preparing for renewals to minimize churn and secure revenue retention
+ Exploring opportunities to showcase customer success stories with our most committed promoters
+ Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer objectives are being met
+ Being accountable for the success of the customer
**Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree - business, computer science preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in B2B customer-facing account management, customer success, or consulting role
+ Experience in Saas/iPaaS highly desired
+ Fluency in English - second language would be an advantage
+ Strong understanding of application integration and workflow automation
+ Excellent at building and maintaining internal and external relationships
+ Ability to communicate with c-level executives
+ Self-sufficient, agile, and ability to work in teams
+ Ability to have impactful conversations around complex business and technical issues
+ Genuine interest in helping others to achieve their goals
