Customer Success Manager, Audit

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to support Trullion’s Audit Firm customers - a fast-growing solution used by audit teams across the globe. We’re looking for a new team member who has deep audit experience to collaborate with our customers. Customers buying Trullion for their Audit Practices look to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams. With the depth of your audit knowledge, you will partner with these firms’ leaders and help shape the future of auditing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders - decision makers, audit partners, and tech adoption champions.
• Ensure that our customers have strong product knowledge and adoption. Build product champions and help customers to strategize change management.
• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with Product to deliver client feedback and support the development of meaningful improvements.
• Help customers translate audit goals into successful platform usage during the audit process.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in audit management in public accounting. Ability to leverage your audit and accounting expertise to enable customers to set goals and drive adoption. 
• Direct experience managing audits. Deep understanding of audit workflows and accounting firm roles and responsibilities. 
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, demonstrating the ability to cultivate deep relationships with firm leadership.
• Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $175,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
