Who We're Seeking
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a critical role, combining technical expertise in HubSpot with client relationship management to ensure seamless project execution and revenue growth for our clients.
Our CSM are responsible for juggling multiple projects, working closely with clients to help them set goals, optimize operations, and improve their KPIs. As the subject matter expert on HubSpot and RevOps, this role will also support other CSMs on key accounts as needed. They guide, train, and empower clients to leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential, ensuring an unrivaled experience.
As advocates for our clients, they ensure the quality of our services and identify growth opportunities. Ultimately, this role is about helping clients realize new levels of success through optimized revenue operations and strategic HubSpot usage.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has strong leadership qualities, and advocates for the client’s best interests. They find satisfaction in numbers, reports, and metrics, and celebrate each client milestone along the way.
