We are looking for an entrepreneurial Project Program Manager to design, implement, and lead a project management framework for our Customer Support & Success organization. This role is not about inheriting processes, it’s about building them from the ground up, setting the standard for excellence, and enabling teams to execute flawlessly. You will work across functions, from Success Managers to Product and R&D Engineers, ensuring our most strategic customer projects run efficiently, transparently, and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Design a scalable, repeatable project framework for complex customer engagements
Select, configure, and maintain project management tools to optimize visibility, collaboration, and reporting
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove blockers
Establish a reporting cadence for executive leadership, using data-driven dashboards and clear progress updates
Enable teams through training on project methodology, tools, and best practices
Continuously improve processes based on lessons learned and performance metrics
Experience working with remote teams
5+ years in program/project management, preferably in a customer-facing B2B environment in a startup company or similar
Proven ability to create processes and tools from scratch in a complex, fast-moving environment
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Planner, Salesforce, Monday.com)
Experienced with working with development teams
Facilitation skills to guide workshops and cross-team initiatives
PMP certification – advantage
Knowledge in physics or from quantum industry – advantage
