Customer Success Representative

Welcome to Parametrics Medical!  We are seeking a Customer Success Representative who takes pride in their work and is ready to join a busy, growing team.  We are a small business that is consistently working toward our goals and needs people who want to help us get there.

At Parametrics Medical, we provide the latest advancements in tissue implants, biologics and regenerative medicine to enhance surgical outcomes and improve patient quality of life while honoring the gift of donated human tissue. This means that at the end of every day, we know that the work we’ve done is helping people.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Always provide exceptional customer service


• Answer the phone every time it rings


• Data entry and data management via Zoho


• Keep meticulous records that follow SOPs, FDA regulations, and AATB Standards


• Effectively communicate with Field Sales Consultants, Sales Distributors, hospitals and clinics


• Assist with inventory management and be an expert on product availability


• Manage shipping conflicts and expectations


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel


• Complete projects as they arise

Must have qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

MS Office experience
