Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Robotics Customer Success Specialist to ensure the
successful deployment of our robotic solutions at customer sites. In this role, you will be
responsible for traveling to customer locations, overseeing installations, and ensuring that
customers understand how to effectively integrate and utilize our robots. Your goal is to ensure
that our customers maximize the benefits of our technology while providing outstanding
support and guidance.



Key Responsibilities:
 Travel extensively to customer sites for on-site installations and training.
 Guide customers through the setup, configuration, and integration of robotic solutions
within their operations.
 Educate customer teams on how to use the robots effectively, including
troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
 Communicate the value and benefits of robotic automation to customers and address
any concerns they may have.
 Proactively identify potential issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to
resolve them.
 Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhance the
overall user experience.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success, providing ongoing support
and relationship management.
 Additional office tasks as requested including heavy lifting and technical requests



Qualifications:
 Strong passion for technology, robotics, and automation.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical
concepts to non-technical users.
 Experience in customer success, technical support, field service, or a related role is
preferred.
 Ability to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice, to support customer
deployments.
 Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
 Ability to work independently and adapt to different customer environments.
 Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
