Customer Supply Chain Analyst - Room for Advancement

We have an excellent opportunity to work for a well-known medical device company. The primary mission of the Customer Supply Chain lead is to develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure consistent execution  of the global supply chain.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop knowledge of customer’s buying patterns and work with customers to understand the cause when there are variances to trends

·        Represent the voice of the customer within the business and continuously seek opportunities to improve the service

·        Collaborate with account managers on customer activities, sharing insight

·        Interact, build, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external teams

·        Understand allocation methods based on budget, forecast and open orders

·        Oversee flow of product from manufacturing to customer delivery

·        Support internal/external customer with business reports

·        Visit selected customers to review demand

·        Work with accounts receivable

Education and Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

·        5+ years of supply chain experience, business, or finance

·        Knowledge of SAP preferred

·        Demonstrates strong leadership skills to coach, develop and influence various teams

·        Attention to detail and accuracy

·        Occasional travel
