Job Description - Customer Support Administrator

3dB Labs is an exciting work environment where we design, implement, and deliver solutions in engineering, signal processing, signal analysis, software development, and hardware manufacturing and development. We’re a small but growing company that is looking for a team dedicated to helping make our customers succeed. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and Customer Support Admin to focus on providing exceptional communication and support to our customers along with supporting our Quotes and Program Finance teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient quotes while leading customer support initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiry portal and respond to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our field applications, engineering, and product teams to gather necessary information and ensure communication accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information and assistance.
  • Work in internal tools like JIRA and Zendesk to enhance customer support experience, and internal communication flow.
  • Prepare regular reports on quoting activities and customer support metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Great customer service attitude, and problem-solving capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer support, quoting, sales support, or a similar role in a technology-driven industry desired.
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
