Customer Support Agent - Dutch language

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent – Dutch Language to join a project within the hospitality industry. In this role, you will support guests and homeowners by resolving inquiries before arrival, during their stay, and after departure. This is a voice-based customer support position that requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries related to check-in and pre-arrival arrangements
  
• Resolve issues that may arise during the stay, including maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, key access, and other accommodation-related concerns
  
• Assist with post-stay requests such as refunds, additional charges, security deposits, and payment-related inquiries
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and property owners to ensure timely issue resolution
  
• Handle escalated cases professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  
• Accurately document customer interactions and case updates
  

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) is mandatory
  
• Good command of English
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is considered an advantage
