Job Description:
Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent (Travel) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from the moment they book their journey until they return home. 


Responsibilities:



  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and issues.

  • Resolve booking discrepancies, cancellations, and other travel-related problems efficiently.

  • Guide customers in selecting the best travel options based on their preferences and budget.

  • Keep updated with the latest travel regulations and destination information to provide accurate advice.

  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure comprehensive support tracking.

  • Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure customer needs are met promptly and accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is an advantage.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
