Working Hours: Full-time, 8h/day, shifts between 09:00-21:00 (Monday-Sunday)

• Resolve all customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their complete satisfaction
• Guide users through platform features, troubleshooting challenges and answering urgent questions
• Collaborate with energetic, supportive teammates in a modern, international environment

• Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken & written)
• Strong communicator with top problem-solving abilities
