Main Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
- Offer product recommendations based on customer needs, aligned with our expertise in health and supplements.
- Order & Logistics Management:
- Work closely with fulfillment partners to streamline operations and address any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and logistics for continuous optimization.
Core Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in customer support and/or logistics, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Interest in health and wellness, particularly supplements, is a plus.
- Ability to work evening shifts (preferably 1–10 PM on weekdays, but we’re open to discussing individual preferences).
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1106 - 1504 EUR/Month
