We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will work closely with our customer service and operations teams to maintain high satisfaction levels and support our commitment to outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate issues when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
