Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a customer support role is preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
