• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product updates, service offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
