Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Trading team in Miami, Florida.

Main responsibilities

• Monitoring incoming requests and active purchase orders to make sure all orders are completed on time


• Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems, preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed as needed


• Monitoring daily communication with vendors and suppliers, logistics companies, internal finance department etc.


• Supporting sales staff with daily activities, including solving problems with customers if needed


• Issuing invoices to customers


• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service


• Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with established internal policies and guidelines

Main Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, logistics, purchasing, or general administration is considered an advantage


• Very good verbal and written knowledge of English


• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail


• Ability to multitask while staying polite and customer-focused


• Goal-driven and proactive attitude with a friendly and engaging personality, so that you can be part of the international Sales team


• Ability to work with various IT systems (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc)
