Customer Support Officer

Supports both online and retail operations by assisting customers, processing payments, resolving technical and betting-related issues, and ensuring compliance with KYC procedures.

Your role:

• Provides support to online and retail customers via Live Chat, Emails/internal messages, and telephone.


• Processes and handles customer payments.


• Ensures the update of client information in the CRM system to enable accurate reporting.


• Implements client onboarding procedures, including account identification checks and evaluation of KYC documents as per the Company’s applicable processes.


• Provides support to retail stores and agents in relation to betting matters, i.e., cancellation of coupons, declarations of lost coupons, etc. 


• Coordinates the resolution of technical issues as appropriate.


• Cooperates closely with the Risk Department to resolve any customer issues.


• Receives customer complaints and escalates as appropriate.


• Prepares and submits reports, upon request. 

What profile we are looking for:

• Holder of a BSc degree.


• Ability to work in shifts (5 days per week).


• Prior relevant experience is considered a plus.


• Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.


• Communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.


• Problem-solving skills.
