Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
  • Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch  (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for entry-level candidates.
  • Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
